In short
- We don't collect, sell or share personal data. Bublumy has no accounts, ads, analytics or tracking.
- Your progress and settings are saved only on your device.
- The optional “Full game” purchase is processed by Google Play or the Apple App Store. The game only learns whether you own it.
- Uninstalling the game deletes everything it saved.
Who we are
Bublumy is published by DigyNow and operated by Wanderpool, LLC, under the DigyNow brand, United States (“we”, “us”). This policy covers the Bublumy game for Android and iPhone and this website, bublumy.digynow.com.
Privacy questions: [email protected]. General contact: [email protected].
What we collect
Nothing that identifies you. Bublumy has no sign-up or accounts, and it includes no advertising, analytics, attribution, crash-reporting or tracking services. It does not use advertising identifiers or other device identifiers, and it does not access your contacts, photos, camera, microphone or location. We do not sell or share personal information, and we do not use it for targeted advertising.
What stays on your device
So you can continue where you left off, the game saves in its private storage on your device: your progress (heights reached, pearls, wardrobe items, Logbook feats, statistics, the dive in progress and Daily Dive results), your settings (volume, language and accessibility options) and whether you own the full game. This information is not sent to us: there are no game servers that receive it.
On iPhone, your device's own backup (for example iCloud Backup) may include this save file. That backup is controlled by you and Apple; we never receive it. On Android, the game opts out of Android's automatic app backup, so its save file stays on the phone.
The “Full game” purchase
The optional in-app purchase is processed entirely by Google Play (on Android) or the Apple App Store (on iPhone), under their own terms and privacy policies (Google, Apple). We never see your card or payment details.
To unlock the full game, the app asks the store whether your store account owns “Full game” and receives the purchase information the store provides for that product (such as the product, its status and a purchase reference). On Android, the app also confirms (“acknowledges”) new purchases to Google Play, as Google requires. The app uses this only to unlock the content and keeps just an “owned” flag on your device. It checks again with the store when the game starts, so a refunded purchase is locked again.
As the seller, we receive the standard sales and financial reports that Google and Apple provide to developers (for example order numbers, dates, country, price and taxes). We use them only for accounting and tax purposes and to help with purchase problems you report to us.
Internet and permissions
Bublumy plays offline. It connects to the internet only to communicate with Google Play or the App Store: to show the price, to buy or restore the full game, and to confirm your purchase.
On Android, the game requests internet access, and Google's billing library adds the billing permission used for purchases. On iPhone, the app includes a microphone description only because the game engine contains audio-recording code that Bublumy does not use: the game never records or listens.
Third-party components
Bublumy is built with the open-source Godot Engine and uses the Nunito typeface. Purchases use Google Play Billing on Android and Apple StoreKit on iPhone, which are part of each store's system and are covered by Google's and Apple's privacy policies. We do not use any of these components to collect data about you. There are no third-party SDKs for advertising, analytics or tracking.
This website
bublumy.digynow.com is a simple static site with no accounts, cookies, analytics, advertising or tracking.
It is hosted by Cloudflare, which processes technical data such as your IP address and browser information to deliver and protect the site, under Cloudflare's privacy policy. The pages load the Nunito font from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google, which receives your IP address and browser information under Google's privacy policy. If you pick a language, the site remembers it in your browser's local storage; it is not sent to us.
When you email us
If you write to [email protected] or [email protected], we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message. We use it only to answer you and to keep a record of the conversation, and we delete it on request unless we must keep it to meet a legal obligation. Our email is delivered through Cloudflare Email Routing to a mailbox hosted by Google (Gmail). Please don't send passwords or payment card details.
Children
Bublumy is made for a general audience aged 13 and over and is not directed to children under 13. The game does not collect personal information from anyone, including children. If you believe a child has sent us personal information by email, contact us and we will delete it.
Your choices and how to delete your data
Because we hold no game data about you, there is nothing on our side to access, export, correct or delete, apart from any emails you send us, which you can ask us to delete. Depending on where you live, you may have privacy rights under applicable law; send any request to [email protected].
To delete everything the game saved on your device:
- Android: uninstall Bublumy, or go to Settings → Apps → Bublumy → Storage → Clear storage (names vary slightly by phone).
- iPhone: touch and hold the Bublumy icon → Remove App → Delete App, or go to Settings → General → iPhone Storage → Bublumy → Delete App.
This permanently erases your progress and settings. Your “Full game” purchase is recorded by Google or Apple on your store account, not by us, so you can restore it later with the same account. Records kept by the stores follow their own policies.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, we will publish the new version on this page with a new “Updated” date. If a future version of Bublumy collected personal data, we would update this policy and the store privacy labels before releasing it.
